This 3 bedroom duplex has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), it is situated in a private residential complex with a communal swimming pool. The apartment consists of two floors. The main bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom (shower and toilet) and access to the rooftop veranda. The veranda is a good size and great for private sunbathing. The downstairs consists of a double room, a bedroom with 2 single beds, living room, kitchen and the main bathroom (bath and shower). The apartment has its own private pool, and you will be provided with a key to get into the pool. The whole complex is surrounded with any electric gate so that passers by cannot enter. The complex is a safe environment for your children to play and run around, as we have a park area, where you could go and relax having a picnic.

There are several blue flag beaches, shops, bars and resturants are all within a short drive of the apartment. The nearest beach Playa Flamenca is only a short walk away. For any golf enthusiast there are 3 professional level courses within a 15 minute drive from the apartment. More Info

Area

Parque Del Duque is situated just 30 minutes south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. The Apartment is close to the blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. Just a 5 minute walk from the complex there is a popular street market held on saturdays which sells almost everything. There are ample Bars and resturants adjacent to the complex and many others a short walk away. Just a 20 minute drive to the fishing resort of Torrevieja where you can visit the new modern Habeneras Shopping mall and the Family Water Park. There is also plenty of shops, bars and resturants to be seen in Torrevieja.
